This is a legal agreement between You and ICT.Vision. By accessing or using any ICT.Vision services or hosted applications, You agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Abbreviations

ICT.Vision: Refers to ICT.Vision, its website, and associated services.
USER: Refers to You — an individual or organization using ICT.Vision’s hosted software and services.
SYSTEM: Refers to ICT.Vision’s hosted platform and all related resources required to provide software and services to USERS.

Registration Obligations

While registering on the SYSTEM, USER must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information and promptly update it to remain accurate and complete.

USER Data Protection

USER is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all access credentials and account information provided by ICT.Vision. USER must immediately notify ICT.Vision of any unauthorized access or security breach. ICT.Vision is not liable for any loss resulting from USER’s failure to comply.

Permitted Use

The SYSTEM is provided on an “as is” basis by ICT.Vision for USERS’ convenience. All copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary rights remain the sole property of ICT.Vision. The SYSTEM is intended for persons aged 18 years or older.

Responsible Use

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Ensure all sub-users follow these Terms.
Upload only content you have rights to use.
Schedule campaigns responsibly, considering recipient time zones.
Do not send messages to emergency services or non-consenting recipients.
Use Do Not Call (DNC) / opt-out features responsibly.

Copyrights

All content and software used in the SYSTEM are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. USER must comply with all applicable intellectual property regulations.

Termination of Services

ICT.Vision reserves the right to suspend or terminate USER services at any time, with or without notice, especially if found in violation of these Terms. ICT.Vision is not liable for any modification or discontinuation of services.

Payment

ICT.Vision provides prepaid services. USER’s use depends on advance payment according to current pricing. ICT.Vision is not responsible for payment processing errors. Prices may change at ICT.Vision’s discretion.

Modification

ICT.Vision may modify or discontinue the SYSTEM, policies, or these Terms at any time, with or without notice.

Emergency Services

ICT.Vision does not provide emergency or life-line communication services.

Applicable Law

USER agrees to follow the applicable laws of their region. Illegal use of the SYSTEM is the USER’s sole responsibility. This agreement is governed by the laws of the region where ICT.Vision’s head office is registered.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ICT.Vision disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitations of Liability

ICT.Vision is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from:

The use or inability to use the SYSTEM.
Unauthorized access or data alteration.
Procurement of substitute goods or services.
Statements or actions by third parties on the SYSTEM.
Any other matter related to the SYSTEM.
