Every licence includes the source code, starts at $1,500 and has no monthly fee to us. A licence gives you the platform. The turnkey solution adds everything you need to run it as a business: a customer portal that bills your customers and a help desk to support them, set up, branded and handed over ready to start in about three weeks. You choose how much you take.

Questions people ask before buying
What exactly do I get when I buy a licence?
You get the platform installed and configured on your own server, plus the support period listed for that product: two months for ICTPBX, ICTDesk, ICTExam, ICTRoshni and ICTUstad, and two weeks for ICTContact, ICTBroadcast, ICTCRM and ICTFax. You pay once.
Do I get the source code?
Yes. Every licence includes the platform's source code, so you can rebrand it, extend it and host it yourself. It comes under our commercial licence, not an open source licence. For ICTBroadcast and ICTContact about 95% of the code is readable source and a few core files are encoded.
Do I need my own server?
Only if you choose on-premises. Then the software runs on servers you control, rented or your own hardware, and we tell you what to get for your platform. If you would rather not run servers, choose our managed hosting and contact us for pricing.
Can one installation serve many customers?
ICTPBX, ICTContact, ICTBroadcast, ICTCRM and ICTFax are multi-tenant, so a single installation holds many separate customer accounts. That's what lets you sell the service to many businesses from one server.
Is there a monthly fee?
No monthly licence fee. The price on each product is a one-time payment. Your ongoing costs are your own server, or our managed hosting if you choose it, and, only if you want it, yearly support after the included period: from $1,600 a year per platform server.
Do I have to buy billing, live support or yearly support?
No. You can buy the SP edition on its own and run it with your own tools. Billing and live support ($3,600) and yearly support (from $1,600 a year per server) are both optional, and you can add either one later.
What does the $3,600 billing and help desk add?
It is optional, and it turns a platform into a ready business. We install ICT Billing as your customer portal, with your plans, invoices, quotes and PayPal or bank transfer payments, and ICTDesk so your customers can chat with you and open tickets. We brand both, load your plans, train your team and test a real order with you. It is a one-time price on top of the platform licence.
Can you host it for me?
Yes. Every platform and the turnkey solution can run on our managed hosting instead of your own servers. Each provider gets their own separate installation and keeps their own domain, brand and payment account. Contact us for managed hosting pricing.
