ICTERP is an open source ERP with a contact center built in. Your customers get CRM, sales, invoicing, stock, HR and more in one system, their calls and chats land on the same records, and the whole thing runs under your brand.
What is ICTERP?
ICTERP is business software built on Odoo Community 19, released under the LGPL-3. Odoo Community is a strong base, but it leaves out a few things most businesses expect, and calling is the big one. Odoo's own VoIP app only comes with its paid edition. ICTERP connects the ERP to ICTContact, our contact center software, so an agent presses Call on a lead and the outcome comes back to that lead on its own.
It's made for providers who sell software and telecom services to small and mid-sized businesses. You put your name on it, set your own prices and own the customer relationship. We handle the setup, the servers and the yearly upgrade.

Calls and Chats on Every Record
Most open source ERP stops at storing a phone number. ICTERP goes further. When an agent presses Call, ICTContact rings their phone and dials the customer. When they pick an outcome and type a note, both come back to the lead, and the outcome can move the deal for them: Interested goes to Qualified, a sale goes to Won. A whole list of leads can go into an ICTContact campaign in one go.
If your customers use ICTDesk for live chat, ICTERP pulls those conversations in and matches them to contacts by email, then by phone number. Sales can see what a prospect asked before they pick up the phone, and the unpaid balance sits right next to the call history.

Every Enterprise subscription includes support, ICT Monitor and the yearly move to the next Odoo version. Calling is priced by the number of agents. Full details are on the ICTERP packages page.
White Label for Service Providers
Your customers see your name, not ours. The login page, the app icons, the browser tab and the emails carry your brand, and the links out to Odoo's own website are gone. You decide what to charge, and you open a ticket with us when something on the server side needs fixing.
It also protects you as a reseller. On a subscription, an unpaid account pauses calling and chat sync until it's settled, but the customer's records stay open the whole time, so nobody's data is ever held hostage. Their data sits in a standard PostgreSQL database, not a closed format.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is ICTERP really open source?
Yes. The ICTERP Community modules are LGPL-3, the same licence as Odoo Community, and they're public at github.com/ictinnovations/icterp. You pay only if you want us to set it up, support it or add our communication products.
Do I need Odoo Enterprise?
No. ICTERP runs on Odoo Community 19 and contains no Enterprise code. The app home page, payroll and calling come from our own modules and from ICTContact.
Can I host ERP for many customers on one server?
Yes, with the Service Provider edition. Each customer gets their own database on your platform, new customers are set up from a ready template in minutes, and plans, trial periods and a read-only mode for unpaid accounts are built in. Pricing depends on how many customers you plan to host, so contact us for a quote.
Which calling and chat products does it connect to?
ICTContact (or ICTCRM) for calling and campaigns, and ICTDesk for website chat history. Both are add-ons with their own licences.
Who does the yearly Odoo upgrade?
We do, on any server with support. Our team tests the new Odoo version with the ICTERP add-ons and then upgrades your servers.
